The apartment is located in an industrial building in Soho. It is very spacious and old. It not luxurious, but simple and functional.
The apartment is a loft, which means a large open space, without enclosed rooms. It is located on the fourth floor walk-up, but a freight elevator can be available to pick up the luggage when you arrive and depart.
The apartment is very old and looks like a commercial studio. It is in fact used as a photographic studio by the owner.
In the living area, there is a sofa with a television/VCR and stereo. There is also closet space. It can sleep up to 2 people in the same bedroom, which is equipped with a queen size bed.
The kitchen is old but fully equipped. Pots and pans are provided, as well as dinnerware for four.
The bathroom is located outside the apartment on the same floor. Sometimes the bathroom is used by another person who works in an office nexdoor. The bathroom is shared only during the week, but not on weekends. Bed linens and clean towels are provided. There is a laundry service one block away.
Located in the heart of Soho, this place is convenient for somebody who wants to enjoy the Downtown's City. The area is very animated with shopping, galleries, and clubs.

The apartment is close to transportation. Subway is nearby and there are also buses everywhere.
