Neighborhood: Located in a cosmopolitan area on the northwest side of Paris this apartment is a short distance to the Place de Clichy and its famous seafood restaurants. Close by are cafes, several cinemas, a diverse assortment of shops, and an open-air market that sells organic produce and is open every Saturday morning on Boulevard de Batignolles. Also in the vicinity is one of Paris' best known flea markets, Saint Ouen or Clignancourt, a labyrinth of antique furniture, clothing, and countless other items. St. Ouen is open each week year round from Friday to Monday. The Champs Elysées, the Seine River, the Opera Garnier are just a few of Paris' many attractions that are but a short metro ride away.

The kitchen has a linoleum-tiled floor and white painted walls. It is equipped with a small refrigerator, four gas burners, a traditional oven, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a toaster. The window above the sink overlooks the courtyard. There is also a cupboard, which contains the cooking appliances.
The bathroom has a linoleum floor and orange tiled and yellow painted walls. It is equipped with a bathtub with a shower, a washbasin with two white mirrored cabinets above, and a combo washer / dryer.
The separate toilet has a linoleum-tiled floor and white painted walls.
A unique aspect of this apartment is that the hallway can be turned in a small golf area.
