This studio apartment is located right in the heart of the Place de la Contrescarpe and the rue Mouffetard district that are located on the southern slope of the "Montagne Sainte Geneviève". They preserved a traditional and typical aspect of Paris. The Place de la Contrescarpe is the ideal spot to stroll, to have a drink at the terrace of a café.... Known writers, like Hemingway, resided here. The rue Mouffetard is one of the oldest streets of Paris, as in the Gallo-Romaine time it was the starting point of the road towards Lyon and Rome. While descending it one can observe many typical houses and the crossing streets have preserved their original names: "rue de l'Arbalète", "rue du Pot de fer".... The room has white walls and a wooden floor. There is a window with white curtains and a view on a courtyard.

It is furnished with a white double size sofa bed, a television, a phone, bookshelves, a white folding table with two blue chairs, a wooden wardrobe and lamps.

There is a wooden ladder that leads to the mezzanine. It is furnished with a double size bed, shelves and a lamp. There is a phone jack in the room.
