The Floating Pool is a perfect attraction to visit during your time in New York. It offers 40,000 square feet of beach area, a great view of New York Harbor and is conveniently docked in Brooklyn Heights near the Brooklyn Bridge.

· 2-bedroom apartment rental (NY-5375) in Boerum Hill (Brooklyn), 2 subway stops from the pool
How to Get to the Pool:
The Closest subways are the 2/3/4/5 trains to Brooklyn Borough Hall or M/R trains to Court Street. The city is offering a shuttle bus or you can walk west down Joralemon Street to the waterfront.

You may have so much fun you will want to rent an apartment in New York every summer.
I would still recommend Cape Cod if you can make it but otherwise this is an interesting option for people watching and is only a short trip from Manhattan.
I’m going to NYC for a week soon and your article really made me feel like going to the Brooklyn Bridge pool. Thank you!
Now I’ve been to the place and really enjoyed the pool. Thanks again, that really was great knowing about this place. By the way, I strongly advise travelers to go and discover Brooklyn, I absolutely loved that neighborhood and next time I go to New York I think I’ll be staying in one of your apartments in Brooklyn rather than Manhattan.
Three cheers for Brooklyn! I definitely recommend Brooklyn to all.
I took my seven year old son here on Tuesday. We had a great time. I love the fact there’s sand. The pool was refreshing. The view is absolutely amazing. The staff is courteous and professional. A nice Brooklyn experience!
