The 3 bedroom rental apartment is offered furnished in good condition with a contemporary decor of cream walls and laminate floors. The separate living room opens onto a balcony overlooking communal gardens.

The 3 bedroom rental is well set out over one floor with a long hallway opening onto the living room (16'1 x 9'8) with floor-to-ceiling windows, laminate flooring, cream walls,and is furnished with sofas, a stereo with a CD, a TV and DVD.

The separate kitchen (15'11 x 7'9) has floor-to-ceiling windows, integrated modern beech/white units with a dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge, freezer and plenty of storage space. There is a large round glass-top table with dining chairs.

Bedroom 1 (11'11 x 9'8) has large windows and is furnished with a double bed, a desk, a large fitted wardrobe, a bureau with drawers, a bedside table and a bookshelf;

Bedroom 2 (10'3 x 8'7) has large windows and is furnished with a double bed, a large fitted wardrobe, bookshelves, chest of drawers and a bedside table. A desk can be fitted.

Bedroom 3 (12'9 x 5'8) has large windows and is furnished with a double bed, a desk and drawers and use of a very large fitted cupboard with hanging space and shelves. Each bedroom has cream carpets and cream walls. In addition, the apartment benefits from a large airing cupboard and an additional large storage cupboard.

The 2 bathrooms have each a WC, Sink, and Shower.

The 3 bedroom rental is situated in the heart of Fitzrovia in a well-maintained modern purpose built block. Local shops including a newsagents, dry cleaners and restaurants, are a minute away.

This London accommodation has the many bars and restaurants of Charlotte Street, Soho and Marylebone High Street only 5 minutes by foot. Regent's Park is a 10 minute walk. There are 3 gyms in the area.

A residents' parking permit can be obtained and the flat is inside the Congestion Charge zone.

The nearest underground to this 3 bedroom rental is Great Portland St.

The apartment was pretty nice but there were several things that could have been done better - we were promised access to the internet for 15 of our 18 day stay there but it turned out that access was cut off in ten days which was quite a hassle for us. The apartment's plumbing had issues which were only temporarily resolved.
Also the owners hadn't left sufficient cleaning fluids for the bathrooms and wc.

The Internet is not advertized for this building. The fact that wi-fi was available for a few days was a bonus, but unfortunately it had to be cut off before the end of the stay. The owners fixed he plumbing issues as soon as they were notified. If further issues arose, the owners would have appreciated to be notified so they could step in and remedy any issue immediately.

The accommodation is very comfortable, the beds are excellent. Its size is very nice, the decoration and furniture simple but adequate, the linen amply sufficient. Only downside was the lack of pan and frying pans, dishes are fine.

A great apartment pretty close to the city center and only 5 minutes walk to the Tube station. When I booked the apartment, I was told it has only 1 bathroom for the 3 bedrooms but in fact it had 2 full bathrooms which was a big relief. All the stuff needed is available in the kitchen. A super market is located close to the train station where you can buy all the grocery items at a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay at this [vacation rental] again.
