This triplex 2-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Bed and Breakfast is located in Fort Greene, in Brooklyn, New York City. On the corner of Adelphi Street and Myrtle Avenue, it is found in a 3-story brownstone that has a terrace, garden, and a security system. Please note, there is no elevator.
Enjoy your stay in Brooklyn in this vibrant accommodation. With 2,000-square-feet (around 186 m2), there will be much you can enjoy in the space. The air-conditioned living room is classically furnished with hardwood flooring, sofas, and a decorative fireplace. The second living room is not available. The open kitchen is there for you to create delicious meals. It is fully equipped with an oven, freezer, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and dishwasher. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy your creations. The first bedroom, with its air-conditioning, hardwood floors, and plastered-brick accent wall, may become your favorite spot. There is a queen-sized bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is unavailable. The first bathroom has tiled walls and the second bathroom has stone walls, with both having glass-enclosed showers. The third bathroom is a half-bath. The fourth bathroom is not available.
Along with restaurants and shops to enjoy, there are also attractions and universities you can find near this B&B. This accommodation is placed just two blocks from Fort Greene Park. Both the Long Island University Brooklyn Campus and The Pratt Institute are 0.6 miles away (around 1 km) in opposite directions.
To see more of New York City, you can use the subway system. Clinton Avenue and Lafayette Avenue Station is 0.5 miles away (around 800 meters) where you can take line G. Lafayette Avenue and Fulton Street Station is 0.6 miles away (around 1 km) where you can take line C.

Thanks for the feedback, Pauline, I'm glad you enjoyed the apartment! I'm sorry that you did not have the best experience with regards to check-in and the security deposit. We provide a piece of paper explaining things, as you mentioned. If you had any other questions during your stay, we would have been happy to answer them. As stated in the contract, rent is required prior to moving in. I'm sorry you were not used to this. Also, please note that according to the contract, we have 30-days to return your security deposit. I returned your deposit promptly, the following day. Also, I did not know you were leaving when you did, otherwise, I would have been happy to return your deposit at check-out.
