Great neighborhood, close to everything, very nice and helpful super. Apartment is bright and large (for New York). But you definitely hear train noise all night and day. Personally, I'd rather hear the train noise than constant street noise, but if someone is seeking a genuinely quiet place, this apartment isn't it. I think some things could be improved: the area rugs are genuinely filthy, the extra (guest) pillows were old and dirty, the bedding was minimal (only one light cover for each bed), the bathtub has been re-sealed but is now peeling badly. |

Thanks for the feedback I am in process of remodeling the whole apt soon as the tenant there moves out. |
