Everything about the apartment is great. Loved that it's tastefully furnished and designed. My only gripe is the noisiness of the apartment just above mine. I believe the apartment's inhabitants are loud and heavy footed in general, though their floors also thin. It gets really loud at times, but I've mostly learned to put up with it. |

Once in New York, the apartment was more expensive than agreed. |

The apartment is very clean and tidy but be sure to nominate for the cleaning service to have your sheets changed. I would have liked to see some basic eating utensils included with the room a mug, cutlery etc. given I used the kitchen appliances regularly and had to buy my own and leave them there. My window view/position was disappointing (almost touching the adjacent building) but other than that I was very happy with the room. |

Further to this review, the owner did inform us that there is an optional additional cleaning service to have the room cleaned and linens changed twice per month. New York Habitat will offer this to their clients going forward. |

Not truly a furnished apt. There were no utensils or eating wear of any kind in the so called kitchen. Also, there was nowhere to sit except one hardback chair and no table to eat on. The windows were ridiculous, looking onto a wall and air shaft, respectively. It was like living underground. |

The studio apartments in this building are very small, with little space to add dining table. Each of the studios do have a "kitchenette", including an electric hot plate, a mini refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. This particular owner does not equip the studios with cooking utensils, therefore these rentals may be better suited for tenants who are on the go. This information has now been added to the apartment description on New York Habitat's website and, additionally, will be added to future contracts so that clients are aware. |

To call this an apartment is a bit too much. The unit is the size of a hotel room, maybe even smaller. That point aside, the location is great and the unit was clean. The building is also in good condition and well kept. This unit is OK for an extended stay, maybe a month or two, but it lacks all the amenities of a real apartment (ie. kitchen, dining table). It does have a small refrigerator, though. |

Thanks for your review. We hope you had a great time in the city. Indeed, this apartment is not the biggest but as you would imagine, space is a luxury in NYC. |

The apartment had no natural light as the windows are "stuck" to the wall. |

This apartment is in an excellent location in the UWS. The unit was furnished as described, and was in good condition and clean upon my arrival. The management staff was excellent and responded to any questions I had promptly. The unit is above a bar, which would occasionally be a bit loud somewhat later into the night, but on the whole I would recommend this unit and would stay again. |
