The interior photos are from a model apartment in the building. The model apartment is representative of both the quality and style of apartments offered at this location. Description, floor plan and photos are for reference purposes only. Actual apartment's dimensions, layouts and furniture may vary.
The serviced 2-bedroom apartment is located in a 43-floor high-rise building with a full time concierge and 24-hour doorman in Midtown West, Manhattan. The building has an elevator, laundry facilities and attended garage. Furthermore, residents can enjoy many amenities such as a fitness center, a swimming pool and a sun deck. The exposure of the apartments may vary, but many rentals in the building include a balcony with spectacular views of Manhattan.
The fully-furnished two bedroom apartment has an intrusion alarm and intercom system. Moreover, there is local phone service and high-speed internet access available. The air-conditioned living room of the apartment features expansive windows and tasteful pictures on the walls to really make you feel at home. There is a comfortable sofa that faces a flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player, and the room also includes a dining table. The kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped with an oven plus stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. This, coupled with the granite kitchen countertops, makes it a delight to prepare a home-cooked meal. The two bedrooms of the apartment are both air-conditioned and feature contemporary furnishings. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and flat-screen TV with cable. Bedroom 2 also includes a double bed. The bathroom contains a bathtub, shower, WC and washbasin. Linen and towels are provided upon arrival, as is a complementary welcome pack.
The building can be found on West 48th Street & 8th Avenue near Broadway at the northern border of the vibrant Theater District. There is a restaurant in the building for your convenience, but there are many more close by the apartment in any direction. The French restaurant Pigalle just down the block is a great option for breakfast or brunch. For dinner, we recommend Trattoria Trecolori 1 block south of the apartment. This restaurant has great Italian dishes, but be sure to make a reservation in advance. When it comes to shopping, you can find all your heart’s desire three blocks east at New York City’s famous 5th Avenue. Alternatively, you can also pay a visit to Times Square, which is just two blocks away from the apartment. Not many people associate this iconic place with shopping, but in fact many great shops line Times Square. Examples are the M&M store, Swarovski, Forever 21 and the Gap. Culture-wise, catching one of the musicals at Broadway is an absolute must. You can buy tickets at the TKTS booth under the steps in the center of Times Square.
To explore other neighborhoods in New York, you can catch a subway at three different stations nearby. Just one block away from the apartment is the 49 Street station which gives access to the N, Q, and R lines. Two blocks north you will find 50 Street station with the C and E lines. Lastly, one block east from here you can catch the 1 train. If you take this line uptown one stop it will bring you straight to Central Park where will feel like you are miles away from busy Midtown West.
