This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout and exposure.
This one bedroom apartment is located in the Financial District area of Manhattan, New York. It is in a High-Rise Building, located on (along Rector and West Street). This serviced building provides a sun deck fitness center, a gym and a rooftop terrace that will give you pleasant views over the city. There is also a washer & dryer in the building for your convenience. The one bedroom apartment consists of a cozy bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen with stainless steel appliances available.
The bedroom consists of a double-sized bed, a TV and large windows to bring in plenty of sunshine and provide you with great views of New York City's skyscrapers. There is also a walk-in closet available for your comfort. The kitchen is furnished with the necessary essentials: a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker and a dishwasher. The kitchen tops are decorated with granite and there are several maple cabinets where you can store your items and kitchen utensils. A window next to the sink is also available for extra exposure.
As you step into the living room, there is an intimate dining area with a round table and chairs that can seat up to four people. A comfortable beige sofa is sandwiched between two dark-colored lamp tables and there is a TV set across from the sofa for your convenience. The floors are laced with hardwood and there are windows lined against the wall for charming outdoor views.
The bathrooms have deco subway tile walls and tiled floors.
As you step outside of this one bedroom apartment, you are steps away from Battery Park City, where you can relax and catch amazing views over the river. A couple blocks away from the apartment on Greenwich Street, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. To indulge in non-stop shopping, the Financial District area provides a variety of clothing stores for you. The 9/11 Memorial is also a popular site where tourists love to go to, along Greenwich Street. With the help of the MTA, you can also explore the South Street Seaport which is within walking distance or a subway stop away. At the Seaport, there are boat tours, restaurants, museums and popular shopping stores to explore, as well as a great seasonal market in spring through fall at the New Amsterdam Market -- try local honey, freshly baked bread, artisinal cheeses or any of the fresh produce here!
To further explore New York City, the closest train stations to the apartment are the 1 train on Rector Street and the N and R trains on Rector Street and Trinity Place.
