Located in the spirited borough of Queens and adjacent to such trendy neighborhoods as Bushwick and East Williamsburg in Brooklyn, this three-bedroom apartment for rent in Ridgewood, NYC melds the two boroughs within the convenience of one area and a direct train ride to Manhattan. Located on Woodward Avenue and Himrod Street, this modern living space situates on the 2nd floor (considered 1st in Europe) of a three-story pre-war walk-up townhouse.
Lined with hard wood floors and fully-furnished with most home appliances, this welcoming three-bedroom apartment allows enough space to add your own touch of warmth. The first bedroom (Bedroom #2) is on the eastern side of the apartment overlooking a backyard area, and is situated privately off of the kitchen. The other two bedrooms are railroad style, meaning that the bedroom on the westernmost end of the apartment (Bedroom #1) can only be accessed by crossing the smallest bedroom (Bedroom #3), which makes this space ideal for families, but *please note* that privacy would be limited in roommate situations. Bedrooms #1 and #2 both have a closet, while Bedroom #3 can store things in the closet off of the hallway.
The common rooms include the separate eat-in kitchen, which is bright and cheerful – a perfect place to start your day with a hearty breakfast!Though there is no living room in this three bedroom apartment, the kitchen is large enough to accommodate a table that can seat 4 comfortably and has two walls of cabinet space! Try out your new recipes in this commodious eating area! Finally, placed between the kitchen and Bedroom 3 is the tiled bathroom. Here you will find a shower with a tub, and window. The windows of all the middle rooms look towards an adjacent building.
