With three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and 5 closets, this furnished apartment in Midtown East is a great option for larger groups or families that are looking to call the Big Apple "home"! With a modern feel and views of the East River, this apartment on East 34th Street & 1st Avenue benefits from being in a building with a full-time doorman, a kid's playground, on-site laundry premises and gym access. The unit is in a 35-story high-rise building with elevator.
The layout of the apartment puts the common rooms in the interior, allowing all three bedrooms to have windows with views to the north, looking past the highway towards the East River and Brooklyn skyline. The first two bedrooms are slightly smaller, though still large enough to accommodate queen beds, while Bedroom 3 has a king size bed and a closet. Bedroom 1 also has a closet and all the bedrooms include a flat screen TV. Please note that Bedroom 2, in the center, shares a wall with the living room that does not extend fully to the ceiling, which may limit privacy but does allow natural light to filter into the living room.
The living room is a great place to hang out, with a couch facing a large flat screen TV and a long dining room table for dinners or projects. The galley-style kitchen is separate and includes stainless steel appliances (one of which is a dishwasher!). Three closets in the common areas plenty of additional storage space.
Found on East 34th Street and 1st Avenue, this 3 bedroom apartment is less than a block from the East River. In fact, the ferry pier is just down the street (.1 mi/230m), and is a great option for visiting Queens and Brooklyn! You can be in the artist's haven of Long Island City, Queens in one stop of the ferry, and in trendy Williamsburg, Brooklyn in just 3 stops! Of course, Manhattan is more convenient for daily needs and this part of Midtown East has great options:
There is a deli at the foot of the building for quick meals. NYU Medical Center and Baruch College are also in the area.
Buses rune north along 1st Avenue and south along 2nd Avenue and you can take the M34 along 34th Street to reach the nearest subway station quickly (serving 6 train on 33rd Street and Park Avenue). This train runs up and down the East side of Manhattan. Make this 3 bedroom your home away from home!

There was awful service and communication between the apartment owner/renter. We were not provided enough keys although we had everyone on the lease. We couldn't get help when we needed keys, help with cable took a long time and billing was very confusing. Will never come back. |

Sorry to hear that you have a bad experience, but as mention in the lease we provide one key per bed, also if more people are staying in the unit. Full payment must be collected prior the fourth of the month or a late fee will apply. |
