This one bedroom apartment serves as an inspiration to its tenants – an NYC artist personally designed it, after all. Boasting pale blue walls, wood flooring and an abundance of hanging artwork, it is the perfect place to stay in the LES.
The one bedroom NYC furnished apartment is located on Suffolk Street and Rivington Street in Manhattan. It sits on the 2nd American floor (considered 1st in Europe) of a walk-up 4-story low-rise building. The premises are under 24 hour video surveillance.
The entrance door leads to a contemporary-styled living room complete with a British-flag decorated full-sized futon and a flat-screen, SMART television with DVD player and DVR. Modern artwork, photography, and a large map decorate the walls. There are two cabinets for storage and a round white dining table that fits four guests. The room is approximately 255sqft (23.7sqm). Open to the living room is the kitchen, featuring white-tiled floors and all basic cooking appliances and supplies (pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery).
The bedroom is located on the south side and spans approximately 141sqft (13sqm). It presents a relaxing environment with a blue-carpeted floor and an art piece above the bed. Amenities include a queen bed, television with DVD player, and small desk. There is a personal laundry washing machine/dryer just outside of the bedroom. The home also includes a second bedroom and a closet that are not available.
Located on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, New York, this home is a short walk from many subway lines (including the F, B, D, J, M, and Z). Tenants will be living just 0.7mi (1.1km) away from the beautiful Williamsburg Bridge.
