This fully furnished one bedroom apartment is located at the corner of 18th Street and 8th Avenue in the neighborhood of Chelsea in Manhattan.
The living room features modern furniture, wall to wall carpeting and is decorated with a large mirror and elegant curtains. You will be able to relax on the couch and play a movie on the wall-mounted flat screen TV or get some work done thanks to the wooden desk and WiFi connection. The kitchen area features a fridge/freezer as well as a microwave oven. Please note that there is no oven in the kitchen, just an electric electric cooktop. In the bedroom, you will find a double size bed and storage space. Three blocks from the apartment, Chelsea Market is a must-visit spot for any foodie. The nearby High Line, a 1.45-mile-long (2.3km) elevated train line redesigned as a park offers spectacular views of the city. Grab dinner at Peter McManus Café, one of the oldest operated bars in New York which you might recognize from one of the many films and television programs in which it appeared. In case of a late night craving, head over to Cafeteria, a modern diner serving American comfort food 24/7. Art lovers will love the many galleries in the neighborhood, as well as the Rubin Museum of Art and its collection of art and cultures of the Himalayas and India. Each one of these place is located within 0.3mi (480m) away from the apartment. The Joyce Theater, a dance performance venue is right by the door and is famous for its modern and avant-garde programming.
14 Street /8 Avenue Subway Station is a few blocks from the apartment and 18 Street /7 Avenue is just a block away. You will have the option to catch both express and local trains and have easy access to anywhere in the city.
