The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (1st floor European) of a 2 story private house near Matthews Avenue & Neil Avenue in the NYC borough of the Bronx. The living room offers space to lounge with seating and a flat screen TV for entertainment.The sofa opens to a queen size sofa bed to accommodate a guest. The kitchen has an open area facing the living room, opening up the space so you can socialize with friends in the living room as you prepare food.
