Located on the corner of West 3rd Street and 6th Avenue in Greenwich Village, this 2-bedroom apartment is conveniently located less than a block away from New York University. Whether it’s on a casual afternoon stroll or an exciting night out, you will feel like you’re on a real-life New York City movie set walking down the quaint, picturesque streets of West Village in Lower Manhattan.
Stepping off the elevator, you will find the apartment on the 3rd floor (considered the 2nd floor in Europe). An eat-in kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, microwave, and toaster will allow you to comfortably enjoy your meals. Walking through the apartment you will find two bedrooms, both fully furnished with a full-sized bed with sheets, a personal desk and chair ideal for study and work from home, a mini safe to keep your valuables, and an AC unit. Please note that this apartment can be rented both as a private apartment and as a roommate share, where the bedrooms are private and the kitchen and bathroom are shared with a roommate. The bathroom has a glass-door shower and a water closet, with towels also provided. A washer and dryer are additionally included for your convenience.
