This two-bedroom, one-bathroom furnished apartment is located in an elevator building that includes an onsite gym and laundry. This building sits in the iconic Manhattan neighborhood of Midtown West.
When you enter the apartment, you will find the kitchen to your right that is opened to the living room. In the kitchen, you will see light brown cabinetry with modern black countertops. The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and an oven. As you walk past the open kitchen you will now enter the living room. The living room hosts a white three seat dining table, an L-shaped sofa, a mounted TV on the wall, and a glass coffee table with a light blue rug. There is also an arched standing lamp and two paintings that add an artistic touch to the living room together. In bedroom one, you will find a large window with views of the Hudson River. There is a fully furnished full-sized bed with matching white nightstands and a white wardrobe. There is also a large closet with two levels of hangers. In bedroom two, there is also a fully furnished full-sized bed with a single matching white nightstand and a white wardrobe. You will see a similar large window with slightly obstructed views of the Hudson River by the building in front. Both bedrooms have an AC unit. Finally, the bathroom comes equipped with a tub, a water closet, and fresh towels!
Located in the heart of the theater district and surrounded by an abundance of theaters. While living here you will be able to experience the best Broadway Shows New York City has to offer. You will only be one block away from the Richard Rodgers Theatre which hosts Hamilton, two blocks away from the Minskoff Theater which hosts The Lion King, and three blocks away from The Majestic Theater which hosts The Phantom of the Opera. Also, three blocks away is the world-famous Radio City Music Hall.
