This rental sits near 22nd Street and 6th Avenue, a mile (around 1.5 km) west of Prospect Park. It has a shared garden, a shared laundry, and the building has a security system. However, there is no elevator in the building.
This apartment can be furnished. The first bedroom has a single-size bed; the second has a king-size bed. For relaxation, there is a tub in the bathroom, as well as a shower. If you only want the park, it is a 1.3-mile (around 2-km) trip. You can enjoy the Upper Bay from Bush Terminal Piers Park (1.8 miles or around 3 km from the apartment) and stop by Industry City on the way back (1 mile or around 1.5 km) without a detour.
If you want to catch a subway, head over to 4th Avenue. At the 36th Street station, you can catch the D, N, and R trains (0.9. miles or around 1.5 km from the apartment). You can catch the R train at the 25th Street station (0.4 miles or around 650 meters). Also running the R train, the Prospect Avenue station is a half-mile (around 800 meters) away. If you need the F, G, or R trains, you can head to the 9th Street station—0.9 miles (around 1.5 km) away.
