Provide kitchen utensils. Air conditioning in living room, very hot in the summer. |

Hello Carlotta: It was our pleasure accommodating you and your family. I do wish however, you would have bought to my attention the utensils and air-conditioning issues. I would have resolved these issues right away as I did with the other requests you had. |

Nice apartment, brilliant location, landlord was helpful (e.g. provided us with a wireless modem, never charged us for electricity or phone use - though that was supposed to be part of the deal. On the other hand, we were good tenants - i.e. 4 quiet people in the apartment, paying up-front etc etc). |
