This three bedroom, two bathroom, duplex apartment is located in Tribeca, Manhattan. The fully furnished loft is perfectly situated on Leonard Street & Church Street. This 3000 square foot (approx. 280 m2) living space, which is centered around the 2500 square foot (approx. 230 m2) living room can be reached either by elevator or by stairs. The loft, which is located on the third floor (second floor European), has a laundry room, and a spa + steam bath built right into this living space.
The three bedroom apartment is located in Tribeca Historic District East, in a national historic landmark cast iron building, with an elevator that opens directly into the loft with sunny south exposure and north light on either end-intercom. The ceilings are high and there are original hardwood floors. It is truly a live/work loft with gorgeous architectural settings and lots of tranquility and space. This apartment is furnished with a piano, plants, sofa set, a working fireplace, art work, see though Japanese sliding doors, and gorgeous lighting. There are three bedrooms in this apartment. The first is fitted with two beds and tons of closet space, and you enter just to the right of the kitchen. Close to the loft entrance there is a second bedroom, which is reached by ladder. This bedroom is fitted with a double size bed, and a view to the loft. The last bedroom is also reached by ladder, has a work area, a queen bed, and also has a view to the loft spa. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and have approximately 6’ ceilings (1.8 meters).
Tribeca is renowned for its spectacular architecture, world famous restaurants, and arts community. The Knitting Factory which features the best of jazz and experimental music is located on Leonard Street. In addition to wonderful stores for interior design and fashion, Tribeca boasts art galleries, bars, and nightclubs. Nearby is SoHo, the international center of art and fashion. You’ll be close to the World Financial Center with beautiful riverside parks and promenades in the city. Go three blocks in the other direction and you’ll be in New York’s vibrant Chinatown, which is famous for its food, including The Original Chinatown Ice Cream Factory, which has numerous familiar and exotic flavors, and is an unofficial landmark.

Beautiful loft - very good value for the money. The cleaning lady was very friendly. We were in the heart of TriBeCa. Everything was perfect. |
