This is a lovely two bedroom / one bathroom apartment located on Park Terrace West at the corner of 217th street in a prewar building with buzzer /intercom system and laundry facilities.
The apartment is very bright and quiet. You enter the apartment through a large hallway leading to the dining room. The dining room is about 120 square feet and is fully furnished with a table seating four. On your left you will find the living room. It is furnished with a maroon multi sofa, two armchairs and a piano. This room has 2 windows facing South-West.
The first bedroom is about 160 square feet. It has a window, a phone and a closet and A/C.
The second bedroom for rent is small, with a new double bed, air conditioner, carpeted, cable modem/tv, wireless and cable hookup Internet, small chest of drawers and a writing desk. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. The area has every kind of food for delivery, and there is on street parking available without too much difficulty, with alternate side rules. Bike trails and hiking abound in the Inwood Park. The location is walking distance over the Broadway Bridge to Target, Marshalls, Starbucks, and other shops.
Transportation: 1 Train at 215th street and A Train at 207th street.
