This fully furnished two-bedroom loft apartment is located in SoHo, a neighborhood in lower Manhattan, New York. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a former industrial building, converted into a walk-up loft building. There is an intercom/buzzer system for guest entry.
PLEASE NOTE that this apartment can be rented either in its entirety as a private sublet or as a roommate share situation, where a bedroom is rented and the kitchen and living room are shared with roommates.
This 2000 square foot apartment is lined with wood floors, featuring high wood-paneled ceilings and ornate pillars, as well as a wall of windows, flooding the space with natural light. The rooms are artfully furnished with a combination of modern and vintage pieces, accented by original artwork throughout the space. Air conditioning cools the entire apartment.
The living room has two sitting areas with sofas, a dining area with a long table, and a library alcove with a double size Murphy bed, which folds into the wall to provide extra space. The master bedroom (Bedroom 1 in photos and floorplan) has a queen size bed and private en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a single size bed. A second full bathroom with a washer/dryer is found off of the main space.
This furnished loft is located on Greene Street in SoHo, a trendy area of lower Manhattan. Many small boutiques, as well as major designer shops are located in this neighborhood. Art galleries also line the streets near here, with six within a block's radius of the building. Additionally, this part of New York City has some of the best dining options, with a variety of high-end bars and restaurants. A gourmet supermarket is just over a block away, and there is a Duane Reade pharmacy 2 blocks away, making everyday necessities available just outside your door.
Public transportation is convenient with the N/R subway station 4 blocks away, and the 4/6, N/Q and 1/2 subway stations all about 5 blocks away.
