Welcome to this two bedroom apartment share located at 43rd Street and 10th Avenue on the 9th floor of a modern high-rise building, with amenities including a 24-hour doorman, a laundry room, and a gym. The room for rent can be reached by elevator and offers a southern exposure of the back of the building.
Please note that this is a room for rent in a two bedroom apartment share. While the bedroom is private, common areas such as the living room are shared with a roommate and the other bedroom is not available during your stay. Tenants must supply their own bath towels as they are not provided.
When you enter the two bedroom apartment, you’ll be in the 150 sq. ft. (14 sq. m) living room, which features leather sofas, a glass table, and a TV with cable. Adjacent to the living room you’ll find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the necessities to cook your own meals. The bathroom features a bathtub with shower, sink, and toilette.
Walk through the living room and straight ahead you’ll find the bedroom where you’ll be staying. Its double bed, hanging closet and convenient desk will make you feel right at home. A mini-refrigerator is also provided for you to keep snacks and drinks handy. In addition you’ll find a television set; however, it only offers basic channels.
Midtown West, a Manhattan neighborhood also known as the Theatre District, is a bustling area near many Broadway theatres, along with actors’ studios, restaurants, cafés, gourmet supermarkets, bakeries, bar, and much more!
To get around New York City head to the 42 Street / 8 Avenue : Port Authority Bus Terminal (0.5 miles/ 750 meters) station for quick access to the subway and intercity buses.
