Envision yourself staying in the Murray Hill area of New York City! This two bedroom apartment is a lovely place to spend your stay! Found near the intersection of East 37th Street and Lexington Avenue, this apartment is on the third floor (equivalent to the European second floor) of a five story low-rise building. The building even has a security system for your convenience! There is also hardwood flooring throughout the apartment. In the building there is a complimentary laundry room in the basement.
Please note that this apartment can be rented as either a two bedroom private sublet of the entire unit or as a roommate share situation, where the two bedrooms are rented separately and the common areas are shared.
The living room of this fully furnished two bedroom apartment has a true New York City feel to it with an exposed brick wall surrounding the fireplace. The couch makes for the perfect place to relax and enjoy the cable television. A desk is provided in the living room to make getting work done an easier task. The open kitchen can be found off of the living room with all of the cooking necessities! The white cabinets found in the kitchen make for a bright feeling!
Both bedrooms have queen sized beds found in them as well as large windows to let in light. They both have tan and white colors throughout the rooms making the rooms very welcoming. The beautifully tiled bathroom includes shades of blue, green as well as tan.
