This 2-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom duplex fully-furnished apartment share is located on the first and second floor (equivalent to the ground floor and the first floor in Europe). A New York City roommate share, it is located inside of a no-elevator townhouse near the crossing of St Marks Avenue and Ralph Avenue. This duplex shared apartment—found within Bedford-Stuyvesant—has a sauna along with a pool and an elevated back deck.

As for the outdoor space, a set of double doors off of the living room open up to the terrace, where the elevated back deck has a dining table and chairs overlooking the rest of the garden. The lower level of the back garden features a beach-like environment and lagoon pool alongside lounge chairs. 

The closest green space is South Pacific Playground—located 0.2 miles or around 650 meters from the townhouse. There is also a shopping street called Pitkin Avenue with many women’s clothing stores about 0.7 miles (around 1 km) from the duplex. The shared apartment is also a three-block radius from several delis and grocery stores. 

The Ralph Avenue/Fulton Street station has service to subway train line C and is 0.5 miles or around 800 meters from the house. Also, the station near the crossing of Utica Avenue and Eastern Parkway is 0.9 miles away (around 1.5 km) and has service to subway lines 3 and 4.
