It has been modernized with a shared fitness center, laundry facility, common TV/reading lounge and a 24-hour doorman. Use of an elevator and staircase are necessary to access higher floors.
The apartment itself is decorated with a modern flair, featuring charming exposed brick walls, orange-hued accessories and a simple balcony area that allows tenants a private outside space (rare for downtown Manhattan!). Great, clean and quiet apartment. Very comfortable for 3 adults and one child for a long weekend get away. The apartment is in a great location, with a short walk to Soho shopping and restaurants and easy to get anywhere in Manhattan by walking or subway. |
