It has been modernized with a shared fitness center, laundry facility, common TV/reading lounge and a 24-hour doorman. Use of an elevator and staircase are necessary to access higher floors.
The apartment itself is decorated with a modern flair, featuring charming exposed brick walls, orange-hued accessories and a simple balcony area that allows tenants a private outside space (rare for downtown Manhattan!). The kitchen includes plenty of cabinet space, and there are storage closets in both the bedroom and the bathroom. Great, clean and quiet apartment. Very comfortable for 3 adults and one child for a long weekend get away. The apartment is in a great location, with a short walk to Soho shopping and restaurants and easy to get anywhere in Manhattan by walking or subway. |
