The ground floor includes two living rooms, the kitchen, and access to the garden. The 2nd floor includes two bedrooms. There is a third bedroom on the 2nd floor that is not available.
The stylish prewar home offers a vintage inspired interior, as well as beloved qualities such as high ceilings, hardwood floors, and beautiful white molding along colorful walls. Both living rooms present yellow walls. Between the two, tenants will find a flat-screen television with DVD player, sofas and armchairs, and an upright piano.
