Bedford-Stuyvesant beckons you with this fully furnished two bedroom apartment in a charming three story townhouse built in the 19th century. This neighborhood is in the central portion of Brooklyn, NYC and the apartment is situated on the top floor (considered second by Europeans), allowing it to have a skylight! You will love the charm of the building entry and stairway with its historic detailed moldings.
This apartment features hardwood floors throughout most of the rooms as well as ceiling fans to help circulate the air, a great plus during the hotter months of the year. The living room has two northern exposed windows overlooking the backyard, a full size sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangement, and a TV with basic cable access for your entertainment. You will appreciate the southern exposure of bedroom #1 allowing for plenty of light to brighten the large space (250 SQM or approximately 23 SQM). Though the apartment has been renovated, this bedroom kept some prewar charm with its wood floors and decorative fireplace. Bedroom #2 is simply furnished with a full size bed and a northern exposed window. Another great thing about this apartment is the open space between the living area and the kitchen, allowing for you to chat your roommates, family or guests while cooking. The tiled kitchen is nicely equipped with the necessities to cook your meals at home, including coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom is also tiled and has a bathtub/shower and a skylight to brighten the space.
Please note that this historic apartment has a unique layout, where the smaller bedroom (#2) is only accessible by walking through the master bedroom (#1). Additionally the bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom, therefore all guests must walk through this bedroom to access it.

Good choice of rental. Great value for money. Owner friendly and honest. Peace and plenty of police presence. Cozy and clean floor. Metro stations a 15 minute walk. Good communication with any part of NYC. |

We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice place and very nice owners. I would recommend this place to friends. The only issue was that the sounds coming from the streets were loud on weekend nights, which didn't bother us too much, but may bother some people. |
