This one bedroom apartment is located on the small street of Rue Jacob between Quai Malaquais and Bd St-Germain, in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris! One of the most attractive and historic districts of the Seine River’s Left Bank, this location is ideal any traveler. The neighborhood is famous for its refined art galleries and designers’ fashion shops. It is conveniently near the beloved communities of St. Michel, Ile de la Cité, and the Ile Saint Louis.

The modernly furnished one-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor (considered 4th in U.S.) of a four-story recessed building from the 17th century. Other highlights include two matching bedside tables, wooden chest of drawers for item storage, walk-in closet, and built-in closet.

The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and single washbasin surmounted by a cabinet with a mirror. The toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a sliding door.
