Located near the Lotissement Bourgarel, the charming ground-floor vacation rental villa includes exclusive access to a beautiful garden of 40sqm (430sqft). Embracing a vintage-feel, it features tiled floors and dark wood accessories.
Entrance to the two-bedroom home leads to a hallway through which tenants can then access the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. There is no living room, though there is a small sofa in the kitchen. Appliances in the kitchen include a microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator and toaster. A small dining table for four accommodates meals at home.
Bedroom 1 is located to the back of the villa. Showcasing an old-world style fireplace, it includes a double bed. Bedroom 2 offers a bunk bed with two twin mattresses. Please note that only a curtain separates the bedrooms from the corridor.
