Le château and l’église Saint-Firmin are two sites you will not want to miss if you visit. Classified as an historical site, les Caves du Palais Saint-Firmin take you beneath the village and transport you to a focal point in Gordes’s past. You can also explore l’Abbaye Notre-Dame de Sénanque. Located 1.5 kilometers (just shy of a mile) west of Gordes, you could explore le Village des Bories. The city of Avignon is only a 46 kilometer (around 28.6 mile) trip from this villa and is the place to go if you want a little bit of city on your country vacation.
