Also, within a short stroll, the Old Town (Vieux Nice) contains a treasure-trove of Baroque art from the 17th and 18th centuries. There are many churches among the narrow streets of this fascinating and timeless district of Nice. All the shops, restaurant and cafés are nearby. Bakeries, groceries, dry-cleaners you are in one of the French largest cities and everything is within reach.
Nice, nestled amidst hills and tucked into the unrivalled setting of the Baie des Anges, is famous for its liveliness and its dynamism. It is also, after Paris, the city that boasts the higher number of Museums in France; among others, the Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum. But Nice is also a real melting pot: the city has preserved numerous traces of its eventful past and the diversity of its architecture shows how numerous were the worldwide influences.
The Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours from Paris). The international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur), has been built on land reclaimed on the sea, and offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, Italy is only 20-30 minutes away.

The apartment was reasonably priced, clean, situated centrally and as described on the website. It was quite spacious and bright and [the owner] was extremely kind in helping with recommendations and in arranging to meet us with keys and so forth. We would recommend your website to others considering renting in France and we hope to use you again in the future. |

The apartment you found for us in Nice was excellent. The location was perfect. Access to public transportation was ideal, shopping both at the market, grocery stores and bakeries was close at hand. I was even able to find a municipal swimming pool within a 10 minute walk. The owner [...] was very helpful but not intrusive. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment [in Nice]. It was centrally situated and within walking distance of the old town, shopping district, bus station, seaside, the castle. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was untypically large by French standards. [The owner] was very helpful and welcoming. |

[...] The rental was everything as described in the online advertisement and more. The furnishings were great and the physical location absolutely perfect--close to the beach, shopping and attractions. All the main busses came virtually to our door. And best of all, [the owner] was an absolute delight to deal with, both before and during our stay. I would recommend this apartment and your agency in a New York minute. |

This was the second place we rented thru your company. The Nice apartment exceeded our expectations; a great value for the money. The location was terrific, just like the apartment we rented in Paris 3 years ago. The photos were accurate; the apartment amenities made us feel at home. It was another good experience; we will be using your service in the future |
