We had a lovely time, while in Cap d'Ail. The apartment was welcoming, the super and his wife were friendly/helpful, and the grounds were beautiful. The apartment was also conveniently located to Nice and other sights. |

Thank you for the chance to comment on our experience of renting the apartment in Cap d'Ail through your agency. The whole experience was conducted very promptly and professionally, costs were identified up front, it was clear what action was needed by me at every point, and the advertising and explanations given by your agency and the owner were honest, helpful and borne out by our experience. I will therefore have no hesitation in renting through the New York Habitat branch again, or in recommending your services to others. |

The French Riviera apartment was fantastic with the most amazing views. Dealing with NY Habitat was pretty straightforward, and I will certainly recommend them to others. The one improvement to the apartment that I would love to see is the inclusion of an iron and ironing board! |

We very much would like to express our appreciation for the opportunity to spend a week in [the] apartment in Cap d'Ail. Everything went very well and the location was truly enjoyable. While there, we had several occasions when we drove a few minutes to Monte-Carlo to stroll along the streets and shop in some of the many fine stores; to dine at Le Louis XV, Le Cafe de Paris, and Zebra-Square; to visit the Musee Oceanographique; to take in a movie; to stumble upon a jazz performance at Moods Music Bar; and to attend a concert by the Orchestre Symphonique de Monte-Carlo. |
