The antique duplex five bedroom apartment, owned by the same family for 6 generations, is located on the 3rd floor (considered 4th in U.S.) of a walk-up four-story 18th century building. A private, landscaped garden area offers a peaceful and relaxing outdoor environment all your own.
The living room presents exposed wood beam ceilings, contemporary accessories, and a window viewing the breathtaking Cathedral Saint-Sauveur. A sofa and scattered chairs present seating space for guests. Near the window, an oblong dining table offers an ideal space for family meals.
An open, eat-in kitchen presents a wooden breakfast bar with chairs separating the kitchen from the living room. Ample countertop space allows easy preparation of meals, and cabinet space is provided. For your convenience most necessary cooking appliances are supplied, including a dishwasher!
Bedroom 1 is simple and charming. It includes a full-sized bed and exposed beam sloped ceilings. Cabinet space is provided.
Bedroom 2 includes one single-sized bed and yellow-painted walls. A bedside table and large wooden dresser are included, as well as a desk and a chair.
Bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 are decorated in the same style. Each presents a single-sized bed, exposed beam ceilings, and a skylight illuminating the room.
Bedroom 5 includes a single-sized bed, window, and full-length mirrors.
Bathroom 1 includes a shower and toilet. Bathroom 2 provides only a tub, and bathroom 3 provides only a toilet.
