Located in a building above one of the prettiest bays on the French Riviera and overlooking Cap Ferrat and the Mediterranean sea, this duplex apartment is very quiet.
The building is a former hotel built in 1897 to receive British and Russian Nobility.
East exposure, this comfortable 60m2 apartment can accommodate 4 people.
The layout is as follows :
Ground Floor :
The 25m2 living room has two sofas, a coffee table, a TV, a VCR and DVD player but also HIFI system.
Next to the open kitchen is a round dining table.
There is one large window giving access to a terrace overlooking a garden. The terrace is ideal for all fresco dining.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and has all necessary utensils. It has a sink, electric and gas burners and an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker and a washing machine.
First Floor :
The staircase leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom.
The first 12 m2 bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers
The second 12m2 bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a washbasin and a tub. It is all tiled.
There is a separate WC.
Neighborhood:
The beach at Cap d'ail is one of the prettiest on the Cote d'Azur and
has received the European Blue Flag for 2005 for the cleanliness of the water.
Cap D’ail is a small town located on the Riviera just by the border between France and Monaco.
5 minutes walk from the plage Mala, an exclusive beach with restaurants. Close to shopping amenities, restaurants and the cosmopolitan life of Monte Carlo.
In about an hour drive from this area you will have access to some ski resorts or in less than an hour, go shopping to San Remo- Italy. Cap d’Ail is attractive all year long. Tennis, sailing and scuba diving are available locally but also theatre, opera and concerts a 5 minutes drive away.
Access :
45 km from Cannes and 1.5 km from Monaco, 200 km from Marseilles, 180 km from Aix-en- Provence. You can get to Cap D’ail by road or by train. You can also fly to Nice international airport.

Both of the apartments that we stayed in were well-appointed and worked for us very well. We will definitely use NY Habitat again in the future. |
