Studio apartment in the Village d'Auteuil

This studio apartment is located between rue d'Auteuil and rue Lafontaine, in the heart of the "Village d'Auteuil", a traditional neighborhood of a this very selected district, that provides choice fashion and conveniences, and other shops, fine restaurants and cafes. The apartment is at a walking distance from the river the Seine and the Pont Mirabeau. It is at a short metro ride from the most known Parisian monument in the world, the Eiffel tower with its 3 stages of 320 meters high in total, including the antenna, and weighting approximately 7 300 tons, was built for the 1889 world exhibition. Gustave Eiffel, French engineer specialized in revolutionary steel constructions, carried out its two years construction. On one side it faces the splendid Champ de Mars and beautiful floral gardens, and on the other side, beyond the Seine River, the Trocadero Place where is the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937, housing the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum, and the Humain Being Museum, as well as an esplanade offering the most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. At last you might cross famous french actor Gérard Depardieu for he lives on the other side of the street! This studio apartment is located at the third floor of a five floors building. It has an elevator and an intercom security system. The layout is as followed. The entrance door opens on the the room with it's open kitchen, entrance to the bathroom thru the room. The room has wooden floors, white walls and a bay window with beige curtains. There is a grey full size sofa bed surmounted by a mirror, a wooden coffee table, a rug, a built-in closet with wardrobe space, a television upon a little wooden cabinet with divx and a small marble dining table with two folding chairs. There is a phone jack as well. There are lamps, paintings and decorative items. The kitchen has beige wooden cabinets and is fully equipped with two vitro-ceramics burners, a cooker hood, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a coffee-maker. There are all necessary utensils. The bathroom has white tiled floors, white walls, some grey marble, a grey shower curtain and paintings on the walls. There is a shower and a toilet. The washbasin is upon a white cabinet and surmounted by a mirror. There is a washer-dryer in the bathroom surmounted by shelves. It is a quiet and sunny apartment (bay window) The nearest metro station is Michael-Ange Auteil (Line 10 & 9).
