Cleanliness insufficient. Ongoing works not warned about before not a lot of closet space for my clothes, fridge, cupboards, closets and drawers full of food and the owner's belongings, and my belongings were confined to a small space.

Thank you. We had a few problems but these were quickly resolved. The building was having exterior painting work done and as I was travelling abroad I was unaware of when the works would start, but advised you as soon as I knew.

The exterior work has been completed. I am sorry that my cleaner forgot to clean the oven and left a wet cloth beneath the sink-obviously the oven is now sparkling clean and the wet cloth removed.

We have never had comments on the cleaning before now. Once you told me about needing more space for food I cleared my food and belongings and made more room.

As for the wardrobe and drawer space-this was definitely sufficient but you brought 2 extra guests for the month long stay, without informing me, so naturally I did not know that all the extra space would be needed.
