London Accommodation - 1 Bedroom Rental in Notting Hill (LN-112)

The flat was excellent value - small but very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great location. The bathroom was newly renovated.

Owner was very friendly and very helpful. His attitude and support was excellent . In relation to the apartment one thing I would mention is that sofa in the dinning room definitely needs to be changed it was extremely uncomfortable, and also better quality bed linen and towels would make real difference in rating the overall comfort.

My opinion about the apartment was highly positive... Very clean and silent, all accessories and furniture's ok, unexpected wifi connection :) .

The owner has been very polite, giving us good advice for the restaurant nearby and an additional set of keys.

The area is well connected, with 4 bus lines serving the road, underground at 5 minute walk, and a lot of international restaurants nearby.

Perfect location for a family with 1 child.

Our stay in this cozy apartment was wonderful. It is a little small, especially the bedroom, but sufficient for our needs. Also, everything worked perfect, and the location resulted very convenient to us.

Relating to the owner, Mr. R., we were very grateful for their extraordinary care and support in all that we ask. Actually, he is an English gentleman.

The toilet and in particular the water tank to pull the chain doesn't work well at all and fills up very slowly. There was no broom or mop to clean the apartment.

Beautiful vacation rental in a well located and very typical London neighborhood, we loved it, the only small downside was to take the luggage up the stairs to the second floor, but the host gave us a warm welcome and helped us.

Very well equipped, large and most comfortable, we'd return in a heartbeat!!!!!!!!

We were met by the greeter as promised when we checked in after our international flights. All went well. The apartment was quite small but fine for 2 people and looked exactly like the photos. The bed was comfortable and everything worked as it should.

The central heating kept everything toasty inside. Maybe too hot sometimes but could always open a window.

Rooftop garden was a bonus and good for a morning coffee. Only issue was that the wifi was a bit weak and hard to connect to. 3 flights of stairs was hard at times as well but we knew this. Location was great with buses and tube nearby to get anywhere in London, while it was great to escape the centre of London each night.

Felt like a great neighbourhood to stay in.

The apartment is very nice, perfect even for 3 people. The rooms are very well split out and the are is very quiet and residential (if it weren't for the works on the street).

The owner was extremely helpful and always ready to step in. I'd recommend the apartment to everyone.

I was very satisfied with the Chepstow Road apartment in terms of location, amenities and service when required. Being on the third floor it is a hard climb with luggage, but if reasonably fit the exercise thereafter is fine and the roof garden is a bonus.

I would rent it again.

Our apartment in Notting Hill London was excellent. It was fully furnished, even equipped with guidebooks. The owner was wonderful, very helpful, and helped us in many ways. I will refer my friends to this particular apartment, because I have never stayed in a place that friendly and helpful.

(My daughter's experience in Paris was nice too, but not as good as our experience in London.) Thanks.

The apartment was terrific -- clean, well-appointed, well-maintained. It was everything the photos showed it to be, and more. The manager/housekeeper lived right there in the same building, as did the owner. Any questions we had were answered promptly, any needs we hadwere filled with ease and pleasantries.

It was, altogether, a fabulous experience which made my family's stay in London an absolute pleasure. We would never hesitate to recommend the apartment to others; and we look forward to returning ourselves whenever it is possible.
