You will have the chance to stay in one of the most interesting parts of London, where you will be able to walk down the many alleys and lanes and stumble upon great landmarks. You will see a mix of old and modern with bits of the Roman Wall (0.4mi/645m) and new skyscrapers. You will be able to see the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge (0.6mi/965m), Saint Paul’s Cathedral (0.7mi/1.12km). If you are brave enough to climb the 300 steps of the Monument (0.1mi/160m), you will be rewarded with a beautiful 360 degrees view of London. You could also see a play at the Shakespeare Globe (0.8mi/1.28km), or walk to see Big Ben (2.4mi/3.8km) or the London Eye (1.9mi/3km). If you don’t feel like walking, there is always the tube!
