The accommodation was a good base to visit the city: excellent area, quiet, with good transport connection. The bedroom was spacious, the kitchen really small: one hot plate in the kitchen didn't work, the toaster didn't work well. Bathroom ok. Everything clean. the service was a little scant regarding the corridors cleanliness. The caretakers said they'd do it at once but didn't. On the whole we were satisfied. Thanks. |

Further to this review, we contacted the owner who assured that all the equipments will be fixed, the corridor will be cleaned properly and will try their best to satisfy future guests. |

We had a very nice stay in London. South Kensington is a good location to discover London. The proximity with Hyde Park is perfect for the children. |
