We were fine but the apartment is very ill-equipped. I don't think it's normal to have to buy cleaning cloths to clean the bathroom floor. If we hadn't bought them as well as all the cleaning supplies, the floor would have been a mess in just one day. There wasn't even a broom.

As for the kitchen utensils, it was very tight, there was a frying pan in a bad state, and it being an apartment for six, there was no pan big enough to cook pasta for six. We requested one at the front desk and they lent us a glass bowl which, incidentally, was also small.

As regards to the furniture, the apartment is great except for the sofa bed (we ended up sleeping with the mattress on the floor).

Thank you for your review about your recent stay with us. We were sincerely saddened to hear that you did not fully enjoy your stay and would like to take this opportunity to comment.

Due to being a Serviced Apartment provider as opposed to a hotel we do have slightly differentiated services including a weekly maid service as detailed on our website which does of course mean that any length of stay less than 7 nights will not receive this service. If of course a guest wishes for an additional clean during their stay then there is an option for this and these can be requested via our 24 hour Reception Team at any time during your stay.

Along with additional cleans we do provide cleaning and kitchen utensils, like a broom or a small hover, on request and are always more than to provide additional cleaning products or pans. In relation to your comment on the sofa bed, it is not an adequate sofa bed to endure a great night of sleep for two adults, however we are constantly looking to make improvements to our current product to keep it in line with our guests needs and requirements and we will pass your comments on to our Product and Development Team.

We highly appreciate your feedback and would like the opportunity to improve your experience on your next visit to London.

The layout and size of the apartment is excellent. The furniture in the lower floor of the duplex apartment that I stayed in looked a little old and jaded.

No garbage bags were provided, nor were toilet tissues provided sufficient.

Thank you for your recent review. We were pleased to hear that you enjoyed your overall stay with us and would like this opportunity to comment.

We do provide garbage bags and additional toilet tissues on request and therefore encourage our guests, if at any time during a guests stay there is something that does not meet expectations, to speak with a member of the team so that we are able to rectify the situation.

Regarding the furniture, we do conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a 6 months basis whereby every apartment and public area is checked and improvements are made where necessary. This may include but is not limited to the apartments being fully re-painted, furniture being replaced, window coverings being changed, or kitchens and bathrooms being modernized.

Thank you once again for your feedback.

Best wishes,
Carina

We stayed at Apartments in London. The concierge/front desk were very helpful. We reserved a 3-bedroom apt, which we found out only a few days before our stay was not available. We were re-assigned to 3 1-bedroom apts. This was not satisfactory because we would have had to put 2 12-year old girls into an apartment alone.

Front desk was able to reassign us to 1 one-bedroom and 1 two-bedroom apartments. Unfortunately, the one-bedroom apartment was exceptionally hot (very poor ventilation) and right on Tower London Road (very noisy, esp. because we needed the windows open to reduce the temperature inside a few degrees).

We would definitely consider using NY Habitat again - they were helpful and Frontdesk again (nice place, good location).

Due to unforeseeable circumstances the 3 bedroom apartment that the clients booked was not habitable for their stay and they had to be reassigned available apartments. Three one bedrooms did not suit the party so they were given a two bedroom and a one bedroom.

I would like to thank you and your organization, because the [London] apartment was so nice. [...] I'm ready to re-start this experience in June in London.
