New York Accommodation, Bed and Breakfast - Hosted 1 Bedroom in Clinton (Hell's Kitchen), Midtown West (NY-14108)

Nothing to improve, we had a very nice stay.

Iradj is a wonderful man. We will be recommending him and his apartment to everyone we know.

We were four adults and the apartment had only one key, which gave us problems with coordination, set times for various activities. For additional rent, we recommend at least two sets of keys to reduce this problem.

The apartment was not equipped for four people existing bedding upon arrival, that we resolve directly with the owner, he did not seem to be aware that we were four adults ( parents of two adult children).

Otherwise worked flat good existing bathroom, kitchen area and the size of the flat surface.

The B&B accommodation was as described on the website. Everything was great, just as was the host!!!!

We had an excellent stay in this apartment. The owner works in the same building, which is reassuring. We were in a street full of restaurants, 10 minutes from Times Square and from the subway.

The apartment is very quiet on the bedroom side, a bit noisier on the street side during the day only.

New: there's a comfortable double sofa bed in the sitting room (not on the photos)

Note the kitchen is small, just big enough to make breakfast. But you're in NY and you can easily eat for cheap everywhere. There's a diner 50 meters away that serves breakfasts for $7. I recommend the pancakes.

For the price we paid, it seems some of the basic necessities such as soap, shampoo etc. were not available. The lights were few and far in between so, dimly lit. They should have at least provided us with some coffee powder.

For an apartment there was no kitchen. Decoration was sparse and bare. The host was a very pleasant person.

I stayed in modern and very nice apartment, everything was good. The owner was very kind and we could ask for everything we need and he tried to resolve our questions. I booked my apartment on New York Habitat because I can find a nice apartment in central area and also the price is good.

Very good stay, the owner and his relatives are very nice and welcoming. Ideally located in NYC and comfortable. Only one downside, it isn't very bright. Ready to go back there though.

I have spent an amazing week in this apartment. Very close to time-square, you have subways very close and the neighborhood is very lively.

As the owner works in the building, it is very easy to get in touch.

We went there for nearly a week and both the host and New York Habitat were great to us. The host even replaced a new router that didn't work properly for a new one. He was very helpful to us.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone going to NYC. It has everything you need for feeling comfortable in the city.

The host is very kind, courteous and cares about the guests' well being, the accommodation is comfortable and well located, but for those who'd like to have their meals at the apartment, the kitchen is a bit poky.

Very good Bed and Breakfast, the room on the courtyard side is really a plus. The accommodation was very clean and tastefully decorated. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
