This fully furnished room is located in Harlem, New York, just north of Central Park in Manhattan. It is found on the 1st floor of a 4 story walk-up prewar townhouse.

This room features hardwood floors and wireless internet throughout. It is brightly furnished with a double-sized bed, futon sofa that converts into a single size bed, and coffee table for two. Additionally, there is a closet available for extra storage space. There is no stove, but you will find a microwave, toaster and coffee maker in addition to a mini-refrigerator and sink.

The window in the apartment provides an eastern exposure with a view of the street and surrounding buildings.

Lenox Avenue is located in the neighborhood of Harlem, an area whose rich history contributes to its prominence and attraction today.This furnished room allows easy access to greenery: less than a 1/2 block away from the Marcus Garvey park, and just 10 blocks north of Central Park. Columbia University is only two subway stops away. Harlem is known for its world-renowned jazz clubs such as the Apollo Theater and the Cotton Club. A walk on 125th Street or down Broadway offer a wide assortment of bookstores, grocery stores, shops and restaurants.

The townhouse is conveniently located just two blocks away from the 2/3 subways lines, connecting you to the rest of New York City. Additionally, buses pass at regular intervals and taxis are always available in Manhattan.

Please NOTE that the BATHROOM is located in the hallway and is SHARED with other tenants of the building.

NOTE: The 3rd guest would have to sleep on the futon.
