The only trouble was that I cannot change the temperature because there was no thermostat and you cannot receive your own mails. But instead of that it was very beautiful. |

This is a rental building with 8 apartments which is owned by one person. It has never had individual apartment heat which would allow each person to control their apartment. This building has one boiler that supplies heat to all the units. This is why heat is included in the rent instead of an additional heat cost. |

LOVED,LOVED, LOVED the apartment ! Perfect location with bus stop right in front of the apartment which takes you to the Barclay's Center within 5 mins. From there various subways to everywhere in New York. All kind of grocery shopping and restaurants just around the corner or in walking distance of approx. 5 - 10 mins. Safe area. Me (single, female) never had any fears walking the streets, even at night. The owner is adorable as can be and whenever you have a question or need help, she is there at all times. This was my first apartment rental ever and it really felt like beeing home away from home. I couldn't have chosen a better place and would do it again in a heartbeat. |

The apartment is in good conditions but it's too expensive for the area. Its soundproofing should be better. |

I had a very nice stay here. The apartment was well cleaned and prepared for my arrival, and the owner always attentive and available. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking for a place in Brooklyn or NYC. |

This apartment is awesome! It is quite large (for NY) and the amenities are exceptional. Super clean - stocked with everything you need! And the location cannot be beat. Right in the middle of Prospect Heights - great shopping, restaurants, etc. in every direction. |
