I had the pleasure of staying in Pineapple Street for 6 months from May to November 2023. The apartment and furnishings were modern, clean, and problem-free. The location and neighborhood is very nice, near and accessible to Manhattan but more laid back and peaceful. The owner was highly professional, there were no issues during the stay, and moving in and out was seamless. The building and neighbors were quiet and congenial. I would highly recommend it for short-term furnished rental. |

I have stayed in this apartment for 4 months during 2018 winter/spring time. Although it is small it is so comfy and warm. It is cose to almost all subway stops and it is in the middle of Brooklyn Heights. I only gave 4 star to the building because parking is a very big problem. |
