The bedroom has an Eastern exposure with a view on a park/playground.
This apartment is located in the Upper East Side, a residential area of Manhattan, New York City. The John Jay Park is nearby, as well as the East River. Many restaurants (sushi, pizza), bars and coffee shops are also close to this furnished apartment. The subway station is 4 blocks away.

Around the corner on York Avenue, you will find restaurants, cafes and small shops. D'Agostinos and Food Emporium supermarkets, Chase Bank and a Duane Reade pharmacy are just two blocks away.
The nearest subway station is on 77th Street and Lexington Avenue, with the 4/6 trains.

The apartment is located in a very clean, calm and safe neighbourhood. The subway station is in walking distance (10 min) on 77th Street /Lexington Av (line 6) or 72nd Street /2nd Av (Q line). The apartment was very clean and cosy and has a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped including a big fridge/freezer. The building was very clean, too. It was very convenient to have a laundry within the building. There were also a lot of supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants nearby the apartment. The landlord was super nice and was always reachable. I would definitely rent the apartment again. |
