This apartment and landlord were both excellent. The building is extremely quiet, and you have the entire third floor to yourself. The location is excellent and very close to the B and C subway line at 135th Street. The only negative is that the apartment gets very hot in the summer. The wall unit ACs in the living room and bedroom work well, but they do not do a great job cooling the entire rooms. This was easily fixable with my own box fan in the room. I would highly suggest this apartment. |

When I checked the air conditioners I found both units had dryer sheets probably placed by a previous tenant. The problem is resolved. both air conditioners are working perfectly |

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for the client, so I changed the sofa bed with a day bed which also sleeps 2, to see how that works out. The sofa bed will no longer be there. |
