There is also access to a rooftop terrace with lounge chairs and a stunning view of Times Square and the Manhattan skyscrapers. On New Year's evening you can view the crystal ball drop!
This furnished rental is lined with wood floors, tastefully accented by a combination of modern and contemporary décor in rich accent colors. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, and there is also the convenience of a washer and dryer unit in the hallway. The bedroom has a queen size bed facing a large mounted flat screen television with cable access and a DVD player, and the living room has a second flat-screen television. There is a deep-soak bathtub and a rainfall shower head in the marble-lined bathroom. Wall-to-wall windows in the living room and bedroom have southern exposure, overlooking the famed Times Square and offering spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline. Heavy curtains allow you to block the outside light when desired.
Air conditioning cools the apartment and wireless Internet access is available throughout.
This accommodation is found on Broadway and 48th Street in Midtown West, in Central Manhattan near Times Square. This location is in the middle of the Theatre District, making entertainment options just outside your door. Radio City Music Hall and the Rockefeller Center are a block away. Times Square itself is only 6 blocks south and Central Park is just ten blocks north. This area has many fine restaurants and shops, including Le Bernardin, just 2 blocks away, one of only five restaurants in New York to be awarded three Michelin stars.
The nearest subway station (49 Street / 7 Avenue) has service to the N/Q/R trains, only ½ a block away, but the 1 /2 (50 Street / Broadway), A/C/E and B/D/F/M stations are all within a 2 block walk, making commuting around New York City simple.
