This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout and exposure.
The two bedroom apartment is located in a modern high-rise building with elevator and full-time doorman in Tribeca, Manhattan. The building boasts many amenities, such as a sky-lit indoor swimming pool, fitness center, kid's playground, private landscaped sculpture garden and a BBQ dining terrace. Furthermore, parking space is available and there are laundry facilities in the building. Because this is a model apartment, the exposure of the rooms may vary, but many apartments at this location offer a panoramic view of the Hudson River. Wifi internet access and air-conditioning are available in the units.
The living room of the apartment features oak parquet flooring and contemporary furnishings. The seating area includes a comfortable sofa, cable TV and DVD player. There is also a dining table in the room. The separate kitchen is equipped with gourmet appliances and includes a granite kitchen countertop. The two bedrooms in the apartment are carpeted and both have a double bed. There are also two marble bathrooms in the apartment that both have a bathtub plus shower, WC and washbasin. Plush bedroom and bath linens are provided upon arrival.
You can find the two bedroom apartment on Chambers Street between River Terrace and North End Avenue on the northern tip of Battery Park City bordering bustling Tribeca, which means you are right in the center of some of the most popular New York neighborhoods. Battery Park City offers amazing riverfront views and shopping opportunities, while Tribeca is famous for its great restaurants and cultural events, such as the Tribeca Film Festival. Furthermore, Governor Nelson A Rockefeller Park is right outside your doorstep and offers a panoramic view of the Hudson River and the New Jersey skyline across the water. Just four blocks to the south of the furnished apartment, you will find the World Financial Center Complex, which surrounds an idyllic marina. The complex houses many shops, cafes and restaurants. Next to the WFC lies the World Trade Center construction site with the National 9/11 Memorial, which is definitely a must-see. Three blocks east of the apartment you will find Greenwich Street with its many shops and restaurants, such as Sarabeth’s Tribeca and the Hideaway. Here you will also find Washington Market Park, which has a large playground and hosts the Tribeca Greenmarket. To commute through New York City, you can catch the 1, 2, or 3 lines at the Chambers Street / West Broadway subway station, four blocks from the apartment, or the A or C lines at the Chambers Street / Church Street station, six blocks away.
