This 400-ft² one bedroom apartment is located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York.
It is on the fourth floor of a five-story walk-up, built in the 1920's, which has a buzzer-intercom security system at the entrance. The unit has exposure to the east and southwest.
The main entrance of the rental opens into the living area, which is lined with wooden floors and has an exposed brick wall. It has a ceiling fan and is furnished with a double sofa bed. The bathroom contains a shower stall, toilet, washbasin with cupboard underneath, and wall-mounted mirror. The open, eat-in kitchen has adequate counter and cabinet space and is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a practical dishwasher. You can enjoy your home-cooked meals at the breakfast bar that has seating for two guests. Across from the kitchen, next to the doorway, you'll find a storage closet. The bedroom also has a closet, an exposed brick wall, and a ceiling fan. This room is air-conditioned and has two windows overlooking a few trees. It is furnished with a double bed, dresser, and flat-screen TV. During your stay, you'll be able to do you laundry at home, since the unit features a washer & dryer found inside a closet next to the bedroom.
